about

'déjà vu' is my personal musical statement but at the same time it shows impressions from the music and musicians that have influenced me along the way - from the Beatles overjazz, blues and americana/ country to Bill Frisell. Maybe it also shows my nordic roots in the mellow atmosphere of some of the songs? I have tried to find a sound and a feeling that echoes the 70’s, my formative years, and my naïve hope is that the listener can find the time and space to do what we did in those days: listen to the record from the beginning to the end, exploring more details each time, until the record is worn down. Just a dream!
